Japanese Montessori School 2012 - 2013 requirement.

3 to 6 year old to enroll the school. |

Must be completely potty trained. If the student has an accident, the teacher cannot change the underwear but can direct the child to change by himself/herself. If the child can't change it by himself/herself, the teacher will call the parent and have them come and change the child's clothing. |

Registration and tuition fees are non-refundable. Tuition should be paid by the 5th of every Month. |
You need following forms to be completed before school starts.
1. Registration form (with registration fee)
2. School policy agreement form
3. Pick up authorization form
4. Consent for Emergency Treatment/Health Policy form
5. Certificate of Immunization Statue form
6. Japanese Montessori School Harassment-Free Workplace Policy.
