9:30^*	Arrive, hand wash, calendar, Japanese worksheet (hiragana)
9:45 – 10:00	Morning circle time, Japanese songs, Japanese, math, etc.
10:00 – 11:15	Work time (select from practical life, sensorial, Japanese language, math, culture and science, art, worksheet)
11:15 – 11:20	Clean up time
11:20 – 11:40	Outside play time
11:40 – 11:45	Hand wash
11:45 – 11:59	Closing circle time, quiet time, discussion, Japanese reading, Japanese songs etc.
12:00^**	Dismissal

^*The door opens sharply at 9:30. Please wait outside without ringing the bell or knocking. The Children learn a lot before circle time, therefore being on time is crucial to successful immersion learning.

^**The door opens sharply at 12:00. Come early enough to see your children when the door is opened. Please wait at the door. Children are happy to see your face when the door is opened. Punctuation is important. There is a $1 for every minute of tardiness at pick up time. Thus is added at the end of the month to the following months invoice. This late fee goes to charity.
